Delivery is carried out by courier, payment in cash or through a card terminal. You will be notified of your order's delivery by email or text message on the day of pickup. Opening and processing an order, payment upon opening, accepting returns, choosing payment - cash, transfer or bank card. You can place an order in the online store with delivery. We will deliver the goods to the transport company you choose, or ship the order from our warehouse to a representative of the transport company. In both cases, a power of attorney in any form from the buyer is required. The power of attorney should be sent to your manager or logistics department employees.

Since the delivery of oversized cargo (furniture) is associated with risks of damage and is associated with different packaging dimensions and special transportation conditions, we recommend using the additional packaging service when filling out an application with a transport company.

Return Policy

For organizations and private entrepreneurs
Return of goods of due and unsatisfactory quality or money is done within the limits of the bilateral agreement between the Buyer and the Dealer.

For individuals
Replacement and return of goods of proper quality
It is possible to exchange goods of due quality, if they do not correspond in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration, for a similar product. The goods are exchanged within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods have not been used, have retained their commercial features, consumer characteristics, seals, factory labels, and there is a sales receipt or cash voucher or other document confirming payment for the goods. The absence of a cash voucher or other document confirming payment does not deprive the User of the opportunity to rely on testimonials.

If a claim is made for the refund of the amount paid for the goods, it will be fulfilled within 10 days after the corresponding claim is made (Article 22 of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"). In the case of rejection of goods of suitable quality by the buyer, the cost of delivery of the goods and their return shall not be refunded, except for the return of the goods in the home region of the Seller (in the region specified by the Seller in the "Address" field in the "Contacts" section as the place of actual operation of the store where the return or exchange of the goods purchased by the user is carried out).

Goods of suitable quality that have individually specified characteristics cannot be refused, if these goods can be used only by the consumer who purchases them.

Replacement and return of goods of improper quality
If you receive goods of inadequate quality (defective and unable to ensure the performance of their functional characteristics), the consumer has the right to return or exchange them.

The consumer has the right to make claims under Article 18 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" to the seller (manufacturer, authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer) with respect to defects in goods, if they are discovered during the warranty period or within the validity period.
